Who are you guys?
The creators of Asset Breeze are KNLB Projects Pty. Ltd., a software development consulting company based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We have been in business since 2016 and serve international clients, helping them turn problems and ideas into digital solutions.
What's the currency in the pricing section?
It's the South African Rand (ZAR). We would be happy to charge in the more recognisable USD currency but we need to follow the law and rules set out by the South African Reserve Bank which prohibits us from doing so. Kindly refer to Google for current exchange rate.
How do we pay?
The 30 day trial is free, after that you pay by credit card such as Visa or Mastercard. Payments are handled by approved financial service provider Payfast. We do not handle any credit card details ourselves. The first charge will be for the remainder of the current month. Following charges will be done at the beginning of the month for the full month in advance.
Is there a cancellation period?
You can cancel on your own in the app at any time. The subscription will then end at month end since you have paid for that period in advance.
